The owners’ vision has always been to create a community that is beautiful, secure, affordable and appealing to everyone including young families and the 55+ families. It is well-documented that people want to live in places that offer all of the amenities that you’ll find here such as; being very close to town, quiet country style living, paved access roads, secure location, lots of green spaces and playgrounds, walking trails and of course the bonus here is the private lake and sandy beach!

Lots range in size from about 1/3 acre to 6 acres. Four of these lots are lake front where you have full access to the lake. Many  lots are open and many are treed so you can clear off as few or as many as you want to suit your own privacy.

To add to the tranquility of the winding roads, all street lights are solar powered, they provide ample light to all the streets, they stay bright all night long and yet don’t block out the beautiful prairie night sky.

The lake and beach are perfect for relaxing on a warm sunny day--where else can you have this all to yourself, your kids won’t want to leave! And don’t forget about winter where you can skate on the smooth ice surface under more solar lights.

The owners have developed a document which includes a list of “architectural controls” that each home owner must sign and agree to. It's been kept to be as simple as possible so as not be too restrictive but yet make sure the integrity of all the properties remain in tack.

Depending on the lot size you choose, home owners can build out buildings for storage of extra personal items. 

Because of the winding and tree-lined roads, it would not be possible to move in any buildings such as RTM’s or large sheds so most buildings will need to be built on site.
