What is the water supply?
Agreements are in place with the Town of Moosomin to tie into their treated water supply, this is a HUGE benefit to home owners being that you do not have to drill your own well.

What about sewage?
Each home will use either a holding tank or a septic tank depending on their proximity to the lake. We have a local contractor who will supply the tanks and also complete the installation. We also have agreements in place with local contractors to haul effluent away to the town lagoons.

Is there an HOA?
Each home owner will be part of the “Home Owners Association” and pay a monthly fee (min $100/mo). This fee helps pay for all the maintenance of the common property like the green spaces, playgrounds, roads and the lake and beach. Once half of the lots are sold, the HOA will be controlled by the home owners themselves and therefor you control the costs and maintenance of the property.

What kind of security will be in place?
The owners plan to have a security gate installed at the entrance to Fieldstone Grove. Each owner will have automatic access coming and going. Any guests or family you want to have visit you can easily be granted access. Emergency services and school buses will also have automatic access. This will provide extra comfort to everyone knowing they live in a more secure area.

How long do I have before I need to start building my home?
You have 3 years from the time you buy your lot. This allows lots of time for some people to sell their current home or get their job relocation sorted out etc.

Are there building guidelines
Yes, there is a document called “Architectural Controls” that contains all the guidelines for new home owners to sign. It is purposely left basic so as to not be too restrictive yet maintain the development standards.

What vehicles are allowed in the Estates at Fieldstone Grove
The same rules apply inside Fieldstone as far as driving vehicles as any public roads. You are also allowed to drive a golf cart within the property. ATV’s and snowmobiles are only allowed on the roads (no green spaces) to directly exit or enter the property.
